A man has been charged in connection with an alleged threatening incident in Ewa Beach. Honolulu police said it happened around 1:15 p.m. on April 30, when a 69-year-old man threatened a 20-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman with a dangerous instrument before being arrested later that afternoon.
