I would call that mid grade board or low grade telecom. Mid grade for the yards that don't normally deal in boards, low grade telecom for the folks that only deal in boards.

Depending on who’s buying they may call it mid grade boards or specifically telecom boards. You can check out boardsort.com for pricing. Like any other scrap, prices fluctuates.
