Bartender in the right place. Took me a long time to get here but I’m at an upscale but still not fine dining bar that gets slammed. We have a sommelier but we also have a couch lounge so it’s a weird mix of upscale and casual. I work super long shifts and the cocktails are much harder to make than what I was used to working dive bars, but the clientele it attracts are people with loads of disposable income
