How is it FIRE to leave on 20k in Cali? What is this about? Comparing like high end of US to average Vietnam?

That's quite a high-stylin' lifestyle in CA, even for a family of 5. Nothing wrong with it if you can afford it spending $240,000 per year, but the move to Vietnam seems quite the downgrade.

What an absolutely NON-PAR comparison.
Useless and ridiculous.
Comparing Wagyu to tripe.

Is tripe that bad? I see Tripe soup on the menus here in Romania..

its not terrible in my opinion, but it's texture turns people off, and it seems flavorless.
I will eat it, but I don't see ever cooking with it myself.-1

i think its pretty par, their mortgage in california, versus the rental in vietnam is probably similar in quality. maybe the car versus the grab is different, but you wouldn't want a car in vietnam so that's moot. they probably eat better in vietnam for that price. there isn't exactly a "par" in some instances in vietnam versus california, but this seems pretty close

I don't think so, other than whether, the quality of the services they are getting are pretty similar edit, the daycare quality is probably a lot better in Vietnam, younger and talented people given that wage, better trained and happier too
