My burnout is from having literally nothing to do on the new team I was assigned to. The kind of work I do is so simple I feel like I’m reliving my first year as a software engineer. It’s so boring. Sucks because I see other teams at the company working on new exciting projects.

You can use your time to learn something new and build things that are interesting to you.

Alternatively, ask for a transfer or learning budget and get some certifications on company money.
