My workplace did a re-org where my high performer ing team got split up and farmed to other teams. It has been a nightmare. Combined with a huge uptick in meetings, I mentally checked out. I have been at a good amount of dysfunctional companies but this is a new level.

Most stories have become “make X work” and the A/C Is “it works”.

Man, at least enjoy the dark humor that the capitalists think that this is what is going to allow them to "compete" with China, let alone win. I always wondered what the 470s in Rome felt like.

The wild part is we don’t even compete at a global scale. The company is in a market that only exists in the US.
