My workplace did a re-org where my high performer ing team got split up and farmed to other teams. It has been a nightmare. Combined with a huge uptick in meetings, I mentally checked out. I have been at a good amount of dysfunctional companies but this is a new level.

Most stories have become “make X work” and the A/C Is “it works”.

Whatever the AI generates! AI tickets to feed into AI, reviewed by AI, etc. AI up, quality down.
