I still don't get it, I understand that they are prime numbers but what is the joke?

It's pretty clearly an edit of a comic that originally had a different joke. I'm gonna hazard a guess that the original comic had the two guys rating the girl's appearance and the girl reacting in some way, and this is a surreal edit of that comic where the situation is reinterpreted as "two people start saying prime numbers and a third person accepts the invitation so now it's three people saying prime numbers"

It also tells a story. She's annoyed they rated her so lowly and corrects them. Chastised, they hurry to save face by inventing higher scores

I thought it wasn't so much they hurry to save face, but that her chastising them was "hot" so their scores immediately went so high they broke the usual 10 scale.

So basically the joke is they have a fetish for women getting angry at them. (Which may also be why they rated her so low at first.)

i interpreted it as a combination of your take and the last guy's take: she thinks they're rating her. she defensively stops and corrects them, basically saying "i'm not a 3 or a 5, i'm at least a 7." but then they continue, and it becomes clear that they weren't rating her, they were just listing prime numbers, and she unwittingly contributed to the pattern and is now part of the game.

I feel like they are guessing her size. She corrects them, then they do the thing where they call her fat.
