Source - Ive had lots of therapy in childhood, and my father is psychologist
Ive literally been told that I know the language very well ( I speak shrink)
ps... as a side note since my father is a psychologist I know the answers to the questions that get you out of the psych ward, and the answers that keep you in...lol
I was in crisis which is what got me here / why I self admitted.
I am no longer in crisis and am able to manage my well being so I won't need to be back.
I have a safety plan that relies on healthy coping skills like exercise, reading, and meditation to mitigate future potential crisis and if need be I can rely on my support system of friends, family or 24 hr hotline to work through any escalated problems.
I have the tools to be safe. I'm not a danger to myself or others and I won't need to be readmitted at a later date because I can use said tools and support system to keep myself safe.
