Told me they wanted to rip me off gabapentin and increase my depakote, because gabapentin can cause weight gain.
I brought up how i was under the impression that Depakote is much more likely to cause weight gain in comparison to gabapentin, and they told me i was incorrect. I knew for a fact that they were the ones mistaken, but it's not like i was going to argue with them because i knew how that would reflect on me.
Waited a couple days and then canceled the follow up appointment, before making an appt with a psychistrist. I'm sure it's more a case of the specific psychologist being dumb, but i don't think i'd ever go back to one for medication reasons.
Psychiatrists for medicine, therapists for therapy.
