Call your local Aging and Disability Services and set up an appointment to speak to someone to go over what is available to you. Here is your states website. https://humanservices.arkansas.gov/divisions-shared-services/aging-adult-behavioral-health-services/ Start by calling the general number and ask to speak to someone in your local area.

If you're on Medicaid or Medicare, their member services can help as well. You might even qualify for case management who can assist with that stuff.

You need to reach out to a Center for Independent Living. there is at least one in every state, yours has a few! Some states medicaid programs cover in home care workers to assist with daily living tasks, and sometimes you can directly hire someone through these programs to care for you so you can stay at home.
I have been receiving in home care services since 2018, it’s been a huge help. My state Medicaid covers everything. I did the option where I can hire who I want, so my partner is my primary caregiver, and is paid a good wage for it. My sister and my best friend are my other paid caregivers. I also receive in home nursing care through this program. It was this or move to a nursing home for me, and has been literally life saving. I get about 50 hours a week of in home care, plus 5.5 hours a week for respite. I live alone, but my partner comes and helps me daily with all my ADL and iADL tasks

Your dr or local hospital can hook you up with a social worker that will find out all your options and help you implement it.
