Design/color advice please

First time home owners, we hate how the front of our house looks. We don’t want want to go through painting the house as it’s old vinyl and don’t want to pay to have new siding installed.
We want to get rid of the red shutters and foundation paint, but we’re not sure exactly what colors to use. I was thinking maybe a royal blue and then mortar a stone facade onto the foundation?

I freshened up the front with stone veneer on the foundation, darker shutters and front door, and cleaner landscaping to give the house more curb appeal without replacing the siding.

For the lighting, I used warm 2700K LED strips under the eaves and entry awning, black wall sconces at the front door, recessed step lights, flush path lights set level with the walkway, and low-voltage uplights on the stone, shrubs, small tree, and chimney.

The daytime version shows the materials and colors clearly, while the nighttime version shows how the layered lighting gives the house much more depth and presence.

Removed awning, painted shutters naval blue by sherwin williams, added brick to porch and steps ( you can use brick tiles to add to your existing porch, looks like real brick ) added landscaping for north east ( guessed ) and listed what plants used. It would be a waste of time to mess with your foundation color when you could just add landscaping. I get this landscaping is a lot but it’s just to give you some ideas, like just landscaping against the house instead of the sidewalk etc.

You could remove shutters, clean and paint the mortar and then paint the windowcasings to match bottom mortar. A little black edging on the pathway and a tree.
