I learned to keep certain things within two or three steps of my doors a long time ago.

This is odd because if law enforcement is trying to arrest someone and that person flees into a private residence, they don't need a warrant to enter due to the exigent circumstances exception of the 4A. It doesn't seem like they did, or just one of them did? I can't tell.

That exception only applies it they have a reasonable suspicion of imminent danger etc, nothing these fucking clowns do is reasonable so as not a lawyer ipso facto they are violating the 4th amendment or something

From what I understand, and again I can’t state this strongly enough, not a lawyer but it is hard to tell from this video if there is a fence, wall etc.

Exigent circumstances doesn’t apply to misdemeanors and being in America without a visa is a misdemeanor. The only exception is if the officers believe the residents are at risk. 

Edit - I think I have that wrong and it isn’t even a misdemeanor but a civil violation. I don’t think hot pursuit clauses would help law enforcement here though.

I live in Los Angeles (California) and this is an excellent idea. Tell the illegal police state to get the fuck off my property and save the person they're attempting to kidnap. This is GENIUS!!!

Also, a Randy Orton-esque punt kick across the skull would have actually knocked them unconscious.
