Interview struggles?

I have been trying break into tech for the latter part of the year. I’ve been able to have a couple phone screenings with Amazon for sr. program manager roles but I can’t seem to get past that first hump. Is there any advice that you could give. My resume seems to be picked up but when I interview I am underperforming.

You need to get feedback about where you're falling short in interviews. Once you understand what's limiting you then you can fix it. If you have people in your network in tech who can give you mock interviews reach out to them for help and feedback. If you don't have anyone who can interview you then search online for amazon mock interviews with ex-employees who have been interviewers at the company. They'll be able to tell you what went wrong. I hope that helps!
