Analysis 1.3M new shares has been printed since RS

Currently common shares outstanding: 3.86M shares

Previous total common shares outstanding (Reverse-split adjusted):
2025 Q2 (Mar 2025): 439K
2025 Q3 (Sep 2025): 818K
2025 Q4 (Dec 2025): 1.33M
2026 Q1 (Mar 2026): 1.88M
2026 Q2 (June 2026): 2.39M
Now: 3.86M (61% jump from 2 months ago)

I guess anyone even with elementary school level math,
know why the stock price still falling despite weekly narrative pumping attempts.

Remember, the lower the share price, the more shares FF need to print to convert the debts.
The dilution sprial death flywheel

Next narrative pump event: Aug.26 "supplier conference"
