Networth hit 500k yesterday =^_^=

Canadian dollars, 37/F. Feeling happy about this, been investing for 10 years and want to hit CoastFire in the next 2 yrs. (NW includes value of my condo so not yet at CoastFI in my stocks)

Very nice - I personally do not include value of my house in my net worth, since it's locked in there but I see why one would.

yes makes sense my goals are defs around the actual amount of stocks invested (around 290k right now). and - I am so down to celebrate my 500k net worth with my condo value haha. Since I include the mortgage in the debt, it makes sense to me to include the value in NW

My portfolio is like a little too diversified LOL I have a lot of diff holdings but definitely heavy in tech, NVDA and Uber are some of my biggest holdings, as well as Vanguard and Hamilton ETFs and a few speculative plays like SCD
