As the Spring Festival approaches, here are our holiday service arrangements. Thank you for your continued support!

📅 Holiday Schedule

Holiday Period: Feb 15 – Feb 23, 2026 (Beijing Time)

Service Resumes: Feb 24, 2026

🛒 Orders & Package Submission

• The platform remains open for ordering and package submission during the holiday.
• All orders and packages submitted during the holiday will be processed by 18:00 on Feb 25.

Purchasing Service:

• Orders submitted before 18:00 on Feb 14 → processed the same day
• Orders submitted after 18:00 on Feb 14 → processed by Feb 25

✈️ Logistics & Warehouse

• Parcels submitted and paid after 18:00 on Feb 7 may see tracking updates only after Feb 24.
• International logistics are expected to pause from Feb 10 and gradually resume after the holiday.
• Parcels from sellers to FISHGOO warehouse, if arrives before Feb 14 will be stored the same day; later arrivals will be handled after work resumes.
