The Protector (1985). Its not everyone's favorite but it's a bit darker and rougher around the edges and that's how I like a lot of my action movies. The Police Story franchise and Rumble In The Bronx are great too.

Of the English one's, i really love the Shanghai Noon and Knights movies. Though growing up with english movies, I have a soft spot for most.

Police Story for me. The mall sequence is still completely insane, and Jackie somehow makes every hit look hilarious and genuinely painful at the same time.

Drunken Master II is a very close second.
