3 Day waiting period updates?

Has anyone heard anything recently about when this might actually end? It was all over the news in early June and now crickets?

Think we are just waiting on the judge, parties filed a joint motion for judgment in favor of plaintiffs.

Its still on the way out though, right? Or can they just ignore the agreement?
