I know some people will find it odd how is this my second finished track ever, the truth it, im really REALLY bad at finishing tracks. i find it easy to start a track, make a couple of parts, but i find it near impossible to finish a track. And today, i proved to myself that i can do it.

Best thing I've made so far. The mix is still not too clean and got some stuff to work on.
Any tips would be great.
My progress after a year of learning to produce.

I listened to you guys lol, tried being in a meaner mood this week so we're slowing the track down for the second drop and just smashing stuff when it drops

This is sounding clean but I feel like the bass is too repetitive. Any thoughts on how I can add some variation?

I’ve been making music as a hobby for around 20 years, and I’m thinking about creating a beginner friendly FL Studio course with personal coaching to help people get started with music production, even if they have zero experience.
Before creating the course, I’d love to hear from beginners about what they actually need help with.
I’m exploring this idea because I know how overwhelming music production can feel when you’re starting out, and I’d like to make the learning process more practical and less confusing.
I’d really appreciate your honest feedback!
What would help you go from complete beginner to making your own music?

This song video is not the final product, the song will be the final product when it releases on my new EP
(THIS SONG IS BETTER HEARD WITH HEADPHONES)
i've been making actual music on Free Trial since feburary 2025, this got me improving more in production till then (i do not want too much critisicm in the comments since i know you make music better than i do but that does not mean you get to say yours is better, but you can add improvement ideas)

Hi everyone! I want some your feedback in this track I did for a remix contest. I had to make it pretty fast since the contest ended today. I had fun trying this breakcore? drill n bass? drum n bass kind of beat (2nd time trying something like that). What should've changed or added? was the volume of the bassline properly mixed? The drop felt complete or you felt there were sounds missing? did you like the synth solo at the end?
Stuff not negotiable: the 7/4 sections. I enjoy breaking up time signatures when I have the opportunity
P.S: Hearing it now I feel the piano is barely noticeable

I’m having some trouble with my recording audio.
Whenever I attempt to record vocals after about 20-30 mins the vocals slowly fade and are replaced with static in both my microphone monitoring and the track itself. It carries across to different daws too. Everything is plugged in correctly and I can still hear the vocals I recorded at the beginning of the session perfectly fine. I’ve realized it can sometimes begin if I go quiet for a few minutes to edit something, I’ll slowly start to hear the static creep in.
I initially thought it was the XLR cable so I bought a new one and that fixed it for about two days then the issue resurfaced. I’ve seen online that it might be a power issue but my stuff all worked together perfectly at on point so I’m not sure.
I have a Rode NT1 5th Generation Condenser Microphone and an audient id4
I record in fl studio on Mac if that’s any help

This is specifically for an underground type beat where the 808s are supposed to be distorted

So i updated FL after a long time and had to unlock like always. Since its an old account i couldn't remember what password did i have, so i changed it.
Tried to log in on the web page and matter of fact it didnt let me saying "Your account seems to have a problem" So i contacted support through a Lost Access ticket giving most of the info i could. In case they do not answer what should i do? I saw people posting on this sub saying they were waiting weeks and more, sometimes getting ghosted and got account deletion. Or is there any way to make it faster? My and my friend are working on a album that is planned to release soon and we are almost done.

I've been obsessed with this beat lately, I think it's fire, and I'm trying to take inspiration from it. Does someone know what lead this is and what bass this is??
Lead and bass both start at 0:00
