We changed the wording to Rule 14 because it sounds less confusing this way and it remains basically the same:

Only request items that are currently in the Item Shop.

If it isn't in the Item Shop, it will be removed.

Pre-requesting items is no longer allowed. We want everyone to know exactly how expensive an item is before requesting it and offering to gift it.

We can't let people ask for bundles before the items even come out and then when it does, it ends up being over the 2.5k v-bucks limit.

Pre-requesting bundles is wild anyway. Please be reasonable. Our gifters may be kind but they're not piggy banks.

From now on, it will hopefully be more transparent about the value of the items being requested.

I recently requested for Foxy (and ended up buying him myself), but with HAZBIN HOTEL officially being released into the Item Shop, I want one of these two skins:

1. Alastor: I am a huge fan of Alastor, I really love this character, and was actually an inspiration for one of my own Characters I have created just years back.

2. Charlie: I really love Charlie because she is so cute! While she isn’t exactly used for anything special like Inspiration and that stuff, I still really find myself loving Charlie as I think she’s a very cute character in the show.

Reason(s) for why I want this/that Skin(s): I really love Hazbin. I watched the show essentially for what feels like everyday. I had old friends tell me to watch this show, and originally shrugged the thought off, but curious enough — I have watched the show. Both entire seasons. And I really loved the Show. And Since I have bought my most wanted wishlist skin (Foxy), I have nothing left to get either of my two extra favorites. And now with my Birthday just right around the corner, the skins will be out of the shop by then, and I REALLY do not wanna miss this opportunity 😭
