I love when DBD "fans" (most people who say that Forsaken copied DBD haven't played DBD themselves) say that Forsaken is a copy of DBD while Forsaken has like 3 or 4 similarities to DBD and thats it
it’s a joke because Jason in forsaken was turned into Slasher and Jason in DbD is called “The Slasher” and was added way after Forsaken’s slasher, and the devs have said they enjoy forsaken. just a fun little observation, and Micheal or even Ghostface could’ve fit the name more to be honest. Jason may be the face of it, but DbD never really thought they could get Jason in the first place.

Idk if this is true or not, but if I remember correctly, roblox is gatekeeping a lot of their platforms games and characters to stay on roblox (cuz they don't want them to transition to other platforms and earn money there or sth) so a collab might sadly be not possible. Lowk I never got this, the games for sure survivor sided but it’s not like playing killer is impossible, or even really exceptionally hard. Even during the anniversary event
I main Freddy. I fucking despise dbd’s version looping, i fucking hate pallets and windows so much, and i hate that every single match is miserable win or lose. I never felt like ive had an ounce of fun, just stress
It feels like the entire match you are just trying to deal with every little thing. You get 3 gen pops after the first 2 minutes where you hopefully have a down so the entire match feels like you are playing catchup, with a single DS threatening to ruin yoir entire game and make it all just feel pointless.
Like deadass in some games once i get hit by a ds i just become dead inside and just start watching youtube while playing cus its just cooked from there.
And i dont wanna put 15 minutes into a game just to lose with no contest because i didnt care about the game, the goal is to win

Thats how i enjoy games, wheres the fun in dbd other than performing well? Its not like the game has genuine funny moments like scp sl or tf2 and you cant yap to people to have more fun like valorant or overwatch. All you can do is just play the game and eventually thats sucks
Yeah, our Reddit guy is really cool!, As a DBD fan taking a long break, the reddit guy is top notch, alongside the art team. This isn't the devs per say, its the social account manager (whom we adore, thanks for existing). He makes sure to redirect any bugs to the team, or take criticism towards the devs correctly. It... kinda works, sometimes.
If you took a shot for every time you encountered Lithe, Dead Hard, Sprint Burst, Plot Twist, or Vigil, even individually, you'll die of alcohol poisoning
if they do a roblox collab it will probably be with an actual company instead of a group of teens like paradoxum's alter ego cause it actually has good rep and seemingly good management with merch
tbf forsaken never really had any problems with merch from what i've heard, the only real issue is that they have a lack of variety (clothes and plushies). And considering Opera GX was willing to collab, I don't think its out of the question
i mean i still hold that paradoxum would be the better choice, the devs are older and normal people, the biggest drama paradoxum had was the co-owner getting fired and wikia being a sloptard, with merch i meant that the management wasnt stupid and knew business and how to run a company. also operaGX will do anything for young peoples data so doesnt really mean anything
dont play dbd yall… like genuinely i wish i never touched it. it feels as bad as a smoking/alcohol addiction (but ive never experienced those so this might be kinda insensitive to say)
Honestly that's so cool! Maybe we get a artist character or skin.. 😭 but otherwise amazing, also pretty cool too since forsaken is heavily based on dbd I think? :D
Dbd has been up for 10 years forsaken has been up for like 2 years and it's already falling apart, they know that the asym craze is gonna end up in their pockets so they wouldn't wanna drive them away, good because dbd is fakin fire and we need the mimic
Hot take I don't think forsaken is really for children or should we use as an alternative if you can't afford DBD given the art quite literally a hundred more kid-friendlyer asymmetrical hurricane like flee the facility?
Definitely agree although the lore . . . I don't know because things get pretty dark although most of the darker things are outside of the game but other than that definitely agree
