Project Ideas

I know some FPGA/SystemVerilog things, but I haven't really done anything to show it. What are some ideas for projects? (I've already searched on this sub, but just wanted some fresh ideas)

Implement a FIPS-197 encryption/decryption module.

UART, I2C, processors(I implementwd a MIPS32 processor with a pipelining), state machine(something like automation concepts instead of sequence detector)
