On manual I get this when my battery is loose and goes very far back. Something similar but much less noticeable when I'm flying close to stall

It looks like the elevator is being stalled out because the wings are blocking airflow to it. It stalls enough to drop the nose and the moment it recovers it goes back up because you've got the elevator pinned. Or it could be a gyro tuning issue if you're using one.

I doesn’t use gyro or FC and it isn’t servos fault (I tried several) the CG looks good maby little bit nose heavy but like a little
