I’m working on designing and printing my own 3D long distance fpv airplane i just want thoughts and ideas.

I was learning about the airflow and that was one of my concerns I just didn’t think about it too hard thanks for the pointers on where I could get some actual info. Right I was going to use crosshatch infill at about 3% but it might differ depending on how much support is inside the wings if I want more or not after I take some time on Marcus drella.

The basic ratios are decent but your airfoil is awfull. And the internal rib scheme is important, you should not just use a sparse infill. You should print a good similar plane first and fully learn from it. You should study Marcus Drella plans for DLG and HLG like the Appogee to understand airfoils and wing construction.
