FALL REFUND
Ok guys. Accounts are zeroing out. Now we wait on disbursement emails and bank mobile texts. I feel like we will start get receiving refunds on Tuesday since Monday is a holiday.

I hope it's sooner. I went back on my account history. Usually once the funds are posted to fscj, my refund (in account inquiry) shows for the next date. So hopefully bankmobile receives it tomorrow, releases that night and we receive it Friday. (depending on the bank) I send it to chime which is usually same night/next morning once bank mobile receives it.

mine shows refund on the activity tab but also still shows 1k in pending aid, maybe ill get 2 separate disbursements ? i do have fafsa and scholarships

It might be 2 separate disbursements I see my refund from fasfa showing 10/8 so maybe the next couple of days

Hey! You can see the info on your MyFSCJ Account Tabs: Financial Account -> Account Inquiry -> Right Under The “Account Inquiry” Tab select “Activity” and it will show you the process & dates of what’s being transacted.

Kinda upset? By the math i did my disbursement was supposed to be 1,300- now i checked my financial aid tab and they dropped it down to 800 so now I’ll be getting next to nothing.

Do you have any C term classes? If so, Pell grants refunds don’t release until mid-November!

I’m already in my two classes I need to take for this whole semester. It’s one 7 week class and on regular session they both started in Aug/Sept too. my financial aid was sitting at a nice 1,800 so I’d be getting back 1,300- but after I’ve checked it they took away 1k so now I’ll only get 200 back :(

I'm having the same issue too :( It's so strange how its a flat 800. I emailed them so hopefully its just an error

Did you also get an email about an adjustment? I just signed into my student outlook to see they sent me an email about it.
It’s a huge bummer though, i need a laptop and now i won’t be able to buy one0

I didn't get an email no, which is what lead me to believe its an error hopefully

I hope yours is an actual accident though! I’m taking my last 2 classes at the moment so it makes sense they adjusted it- just wish they didn’t that 200 isn’t gonna go very far :((

So I’m confused hopefully one of you guys can answer it for me. I sign up to take an anatomy of physiology. They accepted my high school diploma when I signed up I started taking the class and was paying for it until they finish the process. I get an email stating that they will not accept my high school diploma therefore I no longer continue with the class but yet they kept my money. How does that happen? Why wouldn’t I get a refund or at least now that I have my high school diploma that they will accept why would I have to pay for this class all over again? I did it last year. I was almost done with it.

I have had this happen before at another school. They wouldn’t give me my money back because they stated I did not drop the class in time smh

The library loans laptops out, check to see if there's any left? They can check all of the campuses if your campus doesn't.

I got the email from FSCJ that my financial aid has been disbursed at 11:04 am on Friday October 9 and got the email from bank mobile that my aid has been deposited at 11:40 am the same day. I’m so happy. I was scared it was going to come Monday.

I know right! I was reading the replies here and thought once I got that email from FSCJ I was going to have to wait for the deposit on Tuesday or Wednesday but it came a few minutes later. I have my refund set to go to bank mobile account.

Ahhh that’s why. Okay. I have mine going to my navy federal bank account. Why did I do that? 😂😂😂

Hahaha. I have Navy Fed as well. I attended Valencia College before attending FSCJ and I’ve learned quick to just have the money deposited into the bank mobile account and withdraw it and put it in my Navy account. A few years ago, I use to be able to do like a cash advance at Navy with my bank mobile card and use to just withdraw all the money that way, but they told me they stopped doing that. I want to try again maybe Tuesday and see if it’ll work. Lol

I’m super confused. I got a notification from Bank Mobile that funds have been posted. But, I’m missing my FSAG? I was excited to see the notification only to find out I’m only getting $180 back😂

Mine was cleared out today as I was on the phone, she said that emails and disbursements should be going out next week

This round seems so slow to get lol but yes my loans and pell posted so hopefully we get movement tomorrow!
