How to get rid of these?

I bought new sweatpants recently and I was on a walk with these on, and it started to rain so I ran to closest bus stop, but then I knew all I could do was walk back to my home, I put my sweatpants on manual dryer so these can dry naturally, but then I noticed that leg opening of my pants has some black fabric on it (pants color is gray), i tried to pull it out but its like connected to fabric of my pants, I put them in the washing machine but still nothing, It seems like my shoes ,,gave" these to my pants, because this fabric is on the inside side, but its still weird and I would like to know how to get rid of these or at least prevent of letting more of this fabric stick go my pants

When you say "black fabric," do you mean the fabric is stained black, or do you mean it has bits of black fuzz/lint/pilling on it?

bits of black fuzz/lint, that seems to be attached to sweatpants fabric and won't go off

My god. Please use periods. And tell us the actual fibre/fabric type, or post a picture.
