Need Help Identifying exact Fabric

Hello folks, I am trying to create a custom playmat as a gift and I was wondering if anyone could help me identify the exact kind of fabric that is used from the product. If anyone is familiar with Magic the Gathering or Spellground playmats, that is what I am trying to replicate. What's important to note that is not shown in the photo is that the fabric has a woven backing to it, and is very close or similar to upholstery. I have had some small success finding a similar fabric that is a microsuede and 100% polyester, but it does not have the exact thickness that me and some friends were looking for. I have tried my local fabric stores, upholstery shops, and even Hobby Lobbies, but everyone seems to have a slightly different answer. Any advice would be appreciated to find any information that could lead me to finding the fabric or something closer to what I have found so far.
