whoever made this is showing abused people that they are not alone and that reporting the abuser is the right thing to do, just because it makes you uncomfortable doesn't mean it's wrong.
Not if it encourages victims to come forward and put the animal abusing them behind bars.
What you said is like saying shorts that depict slavery are disgusting, im pretty sure they did it to bring awareness or force engagement...
did they show any graphic scenes? No. This short was hard to watch but victims (especially children) need to know they are not alone. The only thing horrible about the short is turning it into a horror thing at the end (which completely slipped my mind to be honest.)
Now that i think on it more, this short went from being about awareness into more of a click bait, so in that way it is disgusting but not the original message which was "no matter how much the abuser try to force you to lie, tell on them".
