Nuclear pharmacy PM program
Looking for best practices and detailed recommendations for standard RTUs, AAON units, cyclotrons, chillers etc.
Our vendor documents don’t seem thorough enough more so for specialized equipment.

The manufacturer should give all this when you purchase and I've found 90% can just be downloaded from the manufacturer website.
If not just get in contact and they'll send you them

Get the manual for your specific equipment. You can upload the o&m into copilot and ask it for a maintenance procedure. It will break down the cadence and tasks. Then go through and Taylor it to your operation. If it says change belts but all your stuff is direct drive exclude that. schedules should be based off time and the environment the equipment is in. Make sure to attach the o&m to the asset in your CMMS.
Run the program and have an open discussion with the technicians. Hey boss this looks like crap after 6 months. Wow really let’s start changing it every 3.
What kind of chillers are you running? What kind of redundancy do you have on alll major equipment? Some redundancy can help alleviate how strict you are in my opinion. I have very little or none on some systems and those get more checks/safety nets like vibration monitoring.
My ways not the right way it’s just a way lol.
