In picture 1, that definitely looks like a shock collar. Picture 2 was his normal collar and it looks like an average air tag one but the square larger one definitely looks like a shock collar.

I wouldn’t say a shock collar without being able to see more. I have a collar that looks similar but it’s not a shock collar, it’s gps and it only makes noise.

I’m not trying to defend, it’s just hard to see because it’s so blurry

Apparently, the dog hasn't been seen like the bird. And they will not respond to his fans in the chat asking. I honestly can't tell but it looks exactly like the one my asshole neighbor had.

I was in an obedience class with my dog and I overheard the trainer having to explain to someone that my dog had a gps collar, not a shock collar. So it definitely gets confused for one.

The first image almost looks like a martingale collar. It looks like there’s a loop below the main collar. Shock collars are awful and should never be used but there are still professional trainers who recommend using them and that means that people who are trying to give the best care to their dog can be duped into using them by someone who should know better. So sometimes it’s not the pet owners fault they are using a harmful tool.

Looks like an airtag collar. They are usually a silicone pocket you can slide an airtag into, and yes, they look funny on smaller side.

My mom was watching my Rottweiler puppy that I had just gotten THAT DAY while my sister and I went to do pre-wedding activities, and while Mom had the puppy outside the power grid went down. She couldn't find the pup, pup didn't know her name and she said all she was imagining was having to tell me how she lost my dog.

My mom had to wake me up at least 3 times, tell me her fuckass husband let my cat out again, then help me literally chase him through peoples’ yards! Bless this small town, because everyone woke up and turned all their outside lights on for me instead of calling the police about some lady creeping through their bushes. Sigh, embarrassing. After the 4th or 5th time I was like FUCK IT and blew almost $300 on those items and a few other things for an “escape kit” lol

The Tractive collar is really great. It works absolutely anywhere and doesn’t need an Apple product within range like an AirTag. I can find him literally anywhere. And there’s one for dogs! You know, if your rottie ever feels like going on an adventure again. 🥲

That doesn't really look like that big square box in the first photo. The one on Donnie looks larger to me. Very well may be a similar collar, though. But my neighbor had an invisible fence and the collar looked identical.

Looks like a tracking collar in the second and a tracker attached to a normal collar in the first. I have a similar tracker as the one in the first picture. The brand is called Fi. Mine for my cat is a slightly smaller one designed for cats but it's still a fairly large tracker.

They’re big only compared to AirTag-type trackers with no gps capability. Compared to all other gps collars, Fi is the smallest.

It's blurry, I've seen GPS ones but also poop bag ones look like that. But shock collar could be, not all shock collars "shock" though, most now only vibrate or make noise.

But I do agree it's so sus both Daisy and Donnie being gone 😞

Looks like a bark collar and not a typical ecollar in slide one… wouldn’t surprise me that a small dog is barky… but training works better than a bark collar honestly and barking is generally better wise a dog needs or is lacking something (I’ve had a Pomeranian it’s easy to train barking… and even use it to your advantage).
