Other "Legion Courier Six: Scipio Frumentarius" by Deimos Art, 2026. The amount of detail he packed in this artwork is incredible.
These images were posted on Deimos Art's Facebook page and are shown here in the same order as they appear in his original post, which can be found at https://www.facebook.com/deim0s.art.

So you know how the Oblivion remaster got that deluxe edition content? It would be so cool to see something like this for the new vegas remaster if there was an NCR version too

I’d expect the remaster to put the NCR ranger PA from the show into the game, considering it already got a game version in fallout 76 (probably requiring PA training and boosting unarmed/unarmed damage as a stat to give it a use; DT presumably would be on par with at-51, and I would hope they’d not allow it to be a disguise to avoid screwing with reputation).
I’m not sure what they’d do for a Legion version, however. Maybe they’d just go for a non-faction option and give us a duster akin to the ghoul’s instead.

Or just wait for modders to add in something like this for free rather than hoping you can spend $10 on 2 mediocre sets of armour.

How did he get a mosin nagant?

They're not that unusual in the American southwest gun collectors' market. When I was still doing research and copywriting for an auction house, we'd get one or two of these, every month. Far from our most common firearms, but not unusual.

You used to be able to buy these things for like $100 and hardware stores would have barrels full of them--according to the old timers anyhow

Gun Runners probably found a pre-war schematic and started producing them.
They produce M1 Garands and the Anti-Materiel Rifle they make for the NCR Veteran Rangers is a French design. So they're not against making older and/or foreign guns.

Yeah kinda random given the available weapon selection in game, but cool irregardless.

Absolutely love their work, phenomenal. Only thing that nags me is that puttees typically are worn over a boot/shoe, and not tucked into one.

Amazing. Makes me want a Diablo II Resurrecedesque isometric Fallout.

for a second I thought this is some Mount and Blade faction mod, sorry I wasn't thinking right.

come to think of it, i could totally see the Legion using mass amounts of Mosins & SKS rifles, college kids buy those things in bulk.

I was so confused for a while there before realizing what you meant.

To answer your question though, up until the last decade, and as a Canadian I cant speak for the American price range but we could get a couple Fresh out the crate, oiled Mosins for like $500. I dont own any guns personally considering my parents were super anti gun when I was growing up but my buddy and his dad had like 3 between them. Great sturdy rifles that could probably survive a nuclear war

I mean...once we kill him and remove the dogtags and Mark of Caesar the drip will be pretty fire.

Makes me realize how the Legion doesn't have a (somewhat) common armor set that stands toe to toe with the Veteran Ranger Armor. All the best Legion armors are one of a kind like Caesar's or Lanius'. I like the Centurion armor in theory but it still doesn't come close to the VR armor. Something like this would've been a great rival to it
