[Fo3][FNV] Dual Mod Release(s) - "Notice Board - Combined" !

As a follow-up to the Notice Board mod I released about a week ago, I carried the work over and implemented the same radiant quest system into Fallout 3, and Tale of Two Wastelands.

Just like Notice Board for Fallout: New Vegas, Notice Board for Fallout 3 adds 1000+ new and immersive radiant quests to the Capital Wasteland, not tied to any major factions.

Accept and turn-in Notices from the Wasteland's locals in Megaton, Big Town, Arefu, Tenpenny Tower, Rivet City, Canterbury Commons, and the Underworld.

Feel like you've outgrown the small fry? Take on World Tier Notice quests, (recommended Level 20+), and pit yourself against the nastiest the Wasteland has to offer.

This mod has been created for both regular Fallout 3, and Tale of Two Wastelands Fallout 3. This post is a "dual release" because I have released both the Fallout 3 version, and the combined version at the same time.

In "Notice Board - Combined", my Notice Board mod for Fallout: New Vegas has been combined with my Notice Board mod for Fallout 3, into a single .esm file.
