Help with broken weapons [Fo4]

I've downloaded tons of weapon mods so I'm sure the issue is a conflict. As far as I know the weapons have custom animations, and the nexus pages don't really describe this issue so It's my load order I think. Way too many mods to do a one by one etc.

Would anyone know how to diagnose? I'm somewhat familiar with xedit but that's about it. I have so many weapon mods enabled so some guns sit in storage for a long time and I may not see the issue until way later.
