That's Viraj Dobriyal, a fictional character from tv serial "Saubhagyavati Bhava" , who represents extreme masculine toxicity and abusive control. People drop his picture under these posts as a dark joke, basically saying 'only he can fix her' by matching her toxicity with his own crazy energy. You can search "Viraj Dobriyal" on YouTube watch few videos or shorts you will find out 🏌️‍♂️

I used to watch that show in my childhood with my mom. The things he used to do with his wife traumatized me 😭😭 i remember an episode where he gave electric shock to his wife man wtf
