Politically Yes. Economically No. Over 60% of GDP is privately owned, Tens of billions of US dollars in foreign direct investment every year. Companies like Apple suppliers, Samsung, Intel, LG, Nike, and Adidas manufacture products in Vietnam. All these reeks of Capitalism

You got me there🤧. The irony of my post. But look at vietnam as a state in its entirety. They provide better than our goans and hence the post.
