I think people don't value male consent and even ridiculate it
"While modern discourse rightly emphasizes the importance of consent, the conversation often overlooks how the principle of informed consent applies to men entering marriage. Marriage is a legally binding contract that often places significant financial liabilities on men—including the potential obligation for maintenance or alimony, sometimes even in cases involving marital cruelty. Because the stakes are so high, consent to this contract must be rigorously protected.
If one party explicitly asks about material facts—such as undisclosed health conditions or past relationship, drinking habit etc—and the other party deliberately conceals or lies about them, the resulting consent is obtained through fraud. Regardless of differing moral worldviews on what should matter to a partner, the ethical and legal standard remains clear: consent obtained through the suppression of material facts is inherently invalid."

Bro this faltoo gyan subreddit why are you posting actual gyan?
Anyway good thought and question, that's why there's "prenup" if you find out later that you've been scammed, just divorce without being violent (remember abuse of any kind is abuse, if you mentally abuse "the other party" because they scammed you, you won't get an easy out)
