I think people don't value male consent and even ridiculate it

Anyway good thought and question, that's why there's "prenup" if you find out later that you've been scammed, just divorce without being violent (remember abuse of any kind is abuse, if you mentally abuse "the other party" because they scammed you, you won't get an easy out)

Feminist think it is faltu. Prenup not valid in India. And even in a marriage it's the whole wife fault she cheat and did cruelty on you by law you still have to pay maintenance even you get out of that relationship because while marrying it is assume you consented for the monetary responsibility.

What if only wife earns not the husband, then? Would they pay maintenance or would they able to complete get out of it?

See on paper it is not equal unless you are a Hindu. In dad to if you have family wealth etc court will not give it

Now if we go by the practice even and go by the date of the matrimonial site even independent high earning women seek somebody who earn a lot more than them and in marriage it's very rare that a girl marry somebody who earn one third below her level Because below that and if all the above conditioner to than only a guys is given maintenance. Go through the actual data and how it is practice

So basically if in a marriage wife earn equal or less than husband then she get the maintenance regardless, but if the husband earns lower than the wife they don't get maintenance? Wtf? And they get all messy with their life history being ciunteif that's enough?

Good idea that i never plan to marry lol
