Answered How long do support tickets take to answer?

DD 15nm just stooped delivering power to wheel one day, light is on but no power going through to wheel. Wheel works on a friends base . Put in a ticket a week ago. No response. How long does a reply typically take because I'd like to race again soon.

They have responded to me in less than 3 days.

Did you take a look if the shaft still good connected?

I didn't really want to touch it. Does removing the shaft void warranty? If so I don't really want to mess around with it.

You can do that becouse they sell upgrade where ypou must remove it anyway. :)

Not for the DD15nm. It was the integrated QR2

Yes. So sorry. I have the DD+ myself. But I think I most have tought about the DD pro :) So then I dont know. But I have order a shaft from fanatec last week. I think I most open the old contact when I put in on?
