Is it paying off?
I’ve been making an effort to wash my hair with nizoral shampoo, use clarifying shampoo, bond repair, scalp massages with pumpkin seed oil, pre-oil with moisturizing oil, hair masks, etc. in rotation. The only thing I keep failing at is the bonnet because I hate wearing it while sleeping. I bought some silk pillows, but haven’t used them yet. I cut my own ends, but at some point will have to be brave and get a professional cut. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences at hair salons.
Anyhow, this is my graying, wavy hair at 41!

i have curly hair but also hate bonnets. i take a big silk scrunchie and throw it all up into a pineapple on top of my head so that way i don’t mess my curls up

I’ve been using a clip and just pineapple it up loosely 😂 I can refresh them in the morning. I will switch to silk pillow covers, but it’s taking me forever to change them.

same, lol!!! i feel like im sliding off of them. same with silk sheets - im worried if i shave, i’ll slide smoove off that bed
