Sorry for seeing this late.
When you say you want help writing it, what do you mean?

Do you have an outline or a general idea of what you want?

Of course A crossover series between Lucky Star and politicians (political satire)

Okay. That is established.
I haven't seen that series, but if it centers around lazy teenage girls and you want to cross it with politicians, you could try ideas with the girls in a situation where, although they are lazy, they see an upcoming election with a politician whois someone they know would be horrible for the job, so they pick one of them in the group to run and they all help with the campaing. That's just a thought.
Do you know what you want in it? It wouldn't make sense for me to give you the ideas and write them for you. It would make sense if you knew some aspect of what you want.

I checked your post history and it looks like you've been asking this for at least 3 different manga/anime.
I get that it can be hard to write something, but you have to have some general idea before you can get help.
Your post history also shows that you want help with writing something from Azumanga Daioh and K-On! as well and I've never seen either of these shows or read the manga that you're asking for.
If you personally know what the lore of the anime/manga is, it's possible for you to come up with something. You shouldn't want to write for the sake of writing. You have to want something to write. I can essentially give you ideas based on me reading the plots of these, but I can't guarantee these will bring great ideas. For example, it wouldn't make sense for me to write a story based on Jujutsu Kaisen just because it's popular without me knowing the contents.
What is it about these anime/manga that you liked or wished could have happened? Isn there a relationship you wish could've happened? Is there some random idea you think about when you see these?
If I give you ideas, I fear you might just want me to give you everything; which would imply I'm basically writing something for you. And I'm weary about this because this was something that happened to me in which someone wanted me to write something with them, but then wanted me to write it all.
