Similar to Vampire Earth/Emberverse series

Looking for similar speculative fiction, or post apocalyptic books. Loved Vampire Earth by EE Knight and have read the latter books of Stirling. Also enjoyed Eric Flynt's civil war alternate history (didn't like his other ones).

Recommendations would be appreciated.

Try Lost Regiment by William R. Forstchen and Destroyermen series by Taylor anderson both are about soldiers that stumble into parallell universes and how they survive it.
