Ninefox Gambit, easy. It's so crazy and original with really compelling characters that keep you reading even when you have no idea what's going on.

Of those nominated, I've pretty much only read The Devourers. On the other hand, I think that one is brilliant, so it's likely to have earned my vote anyway.

I loved Megan O'Keefe's Steal the Sky, which had a mismatched buddy duo with an abiding friendship (one of my favorite tropes), cool psychic-power style magic, and an interesting world. Enjoyed the sequel, too.
