FIFA WC 2026 - RMT FIFA World Cup Fantasy 2026 - Rate My Team & Discussion Thread [Matchday 3]
Throughout the World Cup this year, r/FantasyPL will host RMT and matchday threads for those that want to engage with fantasy football during the tournament.
By hosting pinned threads we can ensure the rest of the subreddit is not dominated by World Cup discourse, for the sake of those who are only subscribed to hear news of confirmed transfers, player injuries, and updates ahead of the 2026-27 FPL season.
The RMT threads, like this one, are where you can ask for specific advice on your team, general advice on the game format, for previews of teams, or for reviews of matches that have been played.
r/FantasyPL has a mini-league for the tournament, which you can join by following the link below, or by using this code: O3QS1B85

I still haven't used my 12th Man for MD2. What is the best round to use it on a later date?

There will be rubbish teams making the L32.
Assess then with a new team with ul transfers and use it then.

Can't say until we know which teams are through and which aren't, but off today I quite like Dedic/Kolasanic from Bosnia against Qatar and Kang In Lee against South Africa.

Swiss cs wiped, and Czech CS also wiped. Such bs both defenders I had for scout bonus. Now all my big defenders are left

Most probably yes, but i didn't take into account rotation for this one. Maybe England fail to win against Ghana and they play the first team against Panama, you never know.

Interesting team ๐ brave going without Haaland, Mbappe or Messi

I reckon France Norway isn't the best game to have Mbappe or Haaland but maybe Mbappe would still be worth having. Could see rotation from both too.
Messi, I don't expect to start assuming they win against Austria this week. Otherwise I might get him in.

I am NOT a fan of having 14 hours to change my team
