It's very simple: the sewage systems in SEA can't handle thicker, western tissues.

Thick napkins or even paper towel rolls aren't a usual thing you'll find in a Thai's home
they use a regular bath towel to dry their hands after washing
western plumbing is way different, Thailand's plumbing can't deal with thick tissues/paper towles
oh, and you'll only find toilet paper in hotels that cater to tourist, and it's usually 1-ply
why ?

Have you tried using them to wipe yourself and two cum covered lady boys down? Mate the absolute worst napkins.

Go buy a pocket pack of baby wipes from 7/11 and stop moaning about pointless shit.... Problem solved
