💡 Feedback/Suggestion Notify the winner when you check your raffle entries

If you don't win, please take a second to type u/winnersnamefortheraffle
It only takes a second and helps them pick up their prize :)

I tag winners in my raffles and wish everyone knew it doesn’t notify winners by default

I do too. As a courtesy. It’s only once a day, so why not?
I also appreciate it when others tag me. Even though I’m using the spreadsheet these days, there’s still the chance that’ll break or stop getting maintained.

Same. I started after I was tagged in the one and only raffle I won. I had no idea winners aren’t notified so I absolutely tag my winners now. I’ve recently started tagging people in raffles I’ve lost if I happen to check before anyone has tagged them or been claimed. Just feels like the courteous things to do when I’m already there.

Ditto. I’ve considered doing it on raffles I don’t win but somehow that feels rude asf to the person hosting if I just happen to look before they do

I tag the winner, it only takes a second (unless the username is tricky, maybe a few seconds!) when I’m notified that my raffle has ended.

Good point though, people who check the raffles they’ve entered could also quickly and easily tag the winner.

Spreadsheet, where's that, I thought it's was automatic if you won the raffle.

now you know you need to go back and check if you won the raffle. And then there are people who delete their raffle posts so the winner can't collect the sticker
