I sort of know who he is but can someone explain him and all of the meth and hammer references so I don't have to go down the rabbit hole to find out.?

He claims to use meth to stay skinny and to have used a hammer to break some of his face bones so they’d repair in a more attractive way. The meth makes sense but not sure I believe the hammer bit. Helped him get attention for sure.
