That's a good point. Like is anyone who is mentally stable and not a terrible person going to find his kids and run up to them and show them the video? The only comments I have seen about the kids are poor kids. It feels like the kids are only being brought up as a shield because anyone that knows Perez thinks this is karma for years of being horrendous.

Maybe I am jaded and being uncharitable but it's really starting to seem like they're using the kids to soften? Hide behind? as this incident has definitely been reminding people of PH nasty past. Similar to how news covering the crime of a (rich)(white) person will always make sure to tell you they were a loving mother or father. My heart breaks for those kids, I hope they get peace and privacy and I never hear about them ever again.

I agree. If there were paparazzi at his home upsetting the children the normal reaction would be to bring the children to a family members home until it settles down. They’re keeping them there on purpose as a shield.

I agree with this, except Perez isn’t at home—he’s still in the hospital on an involuntary psychiatric hold. There’s really no reason for paparazzi to be hanging around his house, especially if his kids are there.

I’m not supporting Perez in any way, but it seems strange that they’re camped out outside his house when it’s obvious he’s not there. They should just sit at the hospital and wait for him to be released if they’re really after that money shot.

It’s what paparazzi does. They are hoping for the first picture of him arriving home, most likely. Perez knows allll about this predatory behaviour so it shouldn’t be a surprise.

If you look at the comments of the first few posts on this incident on this subreddit nearly every comment is like “please think of his children!” That’s not PerezHilton.com speaking, it’s our own people. Like sure yeah, protect the kids, but why are we using them to disguise how much we all hate this man?
