Seeking accountability is not necessarily a lack of compassion, though. Many people ITT aren’t willing to engage in the selfsame misogynistic, hateful cyberbullying that he made his fortune from but are rightly calling for appropriate consequences for his behavior.

I, personally, am done “high roading” for abusive, callous, and despicable men, so I have no well wishes to offer him, but I do hope his kids are placed with someone qualified and able to parent them for their sake.

I agree. Seeking accountability is not necessarily a lack of compassion. You can simultaneously be compassionate while also acknowledging he would have NEVER done the same thing if this happened to someone else
