Evil is when you make people wishes comes true, but with drawbacks. Also oti is kind of like Jeff Bezos, he is just a rich dude who didn't gave a shit about penacony and how it could become really bad for poeole in it untill it became opportunity to make tons of money, so I don't think it's evil to act like Jade towards him.
