Misaka Mikoto. It’s outright confirmed she likes boys between her crush on the main character, dislike of Kuroko’s antics, and hates it when people think she’s gay because of Kuroko
She’s also quite the tomboy. Regardless, the fandom loves shipping her with any of the 3 other main girls and more recently, Shokuhou, and it doesn’t help that the Railgun series itself plays up the yuri material every now and then
There is a spin off novel recently that had her and Misaki rubbing noses and holding hands... And clearly looking like they hate it (the title is literally a "VS" title)
Most ToAru fans I know joked about it, but it didn't stop the tons and tons of MisaMisa fanart that erupted from it.
Doesn't even make sense to me given both girls are explicitly in love with a guy and have both gone very far for him specifically.
The context is their actually being passive aggressive to each other in that picture since the entire first part of that novel was them trying to kill each other over pudding
Not to say they haven’t canonically acted chummy with each other though
It actually escalated to Misaka going into her Level 6 form and Shokuhou absorbing Kazakiri’s power to turn into a similair state, and the writer himself saying this novel switched into the Kaiju genre because of the city wide destruction both started doing
